New Orleans Scenes

Following our Abita Brewery Tour we made our way into the French Quarter and checked into our hotel, Hotel St. Marie, conveniently located just a block away from Bourbon Street - far enough away to be quiet, but still just steps from all the craziness!

Once we were checked in, we headed straight for Pat O'Brien's for cocktails.  We had just missed a thunderstorm, so the courtyard was damp, but very pleasant and not crowded at all.

We spent the rest of the afternoon and evening (and following morning) wandering through the French Quarter, enjoying the ambience that only New Orleans can offer.
